Bardenwerper eclipses 1000 points in 70-23 win over Tuscaloosa County

Northridge’s Ryan Bardenwerper surpassed a notable milestone during the Lady Jags’ 47-point win over the Tuscaloosa County Lady Wildcats on Monday evening at The Ridge. Bardenwerper was six points shy of the mark at tip off and scored a total of 21 points for the game. When the final buzzer sounded, the Lady Jags celebrated the big win and Bardenwerper’s milestone.

In addition to the 21 points, Bardenwerper collected five rebounds, four assists and two steals. Bayne Brown scored 15 points and totaled four rebounds. Aleia Morrell scored 10 points, grabbed four rebounds, dished out three assists and had two steals. Jakeya Horton, Ava Maye, Taylor Ivory and La’Miah Foy added five points each. Foy added four rebounds, with Horton and Ivory adding three rebounds each and Maye adding two rebounds. JaMiya Rice rounded out the scoring with four points and led the Lady Jags with eight rebounds.
